Welcome to my family, the greatest supporter in every aspects of my daily life. This is my dad, Mr. Wu Yan, a caring and understanding father. Being the sole income earner in the family, he had made many sacrifices to ensure the well-being of our family. He strongly believed in the importance of good education, and constantly reminded his children to master the necessary working skills and knowledge to be a useful person to the society. He valued the need for life-long learning. I could still remember the time when he started learning English at the age of 40, in order to prepare me and my younger brother for our Primary education. Although he had passed away for 15 years, he is always living in our hearts.

This is my mum, Mdm. L K Lai, whom I have been staying with in an apartment in Jurong West. She is a great cook... many of my colleagues unanimously praised her cooking skill after tasted her favourite dish ... Yam Cake! In addition, she is also a great mentor who guided me when I'm lost, and a great nanny who look after my daily livelihood by keeping a warm family together.

My younger brother, Mr Mathew Wu, is married with 3 kids. The photo below are my 2 nieces and 1 nephew, aren't them cute? Yes, indeed they are all sweet (and naughty sometimes), and they have made my life forever cheerful. The little girl next to me is my elder niece, Wu Jun Zhen (photo taken at the age of 5). She is now studying in higher Secondary school, and her classmates called her "Miss June". She is a very mature and independent girl, despite a little hot-temper sometimes (may be because she is born in the year of Tiger).

Here is another niece of mine, Wu Jun Ying, currently studying in lower Secondary school. Despite she is only 2 years younger than Jun Zhen, she is very small built and hence everyone called her "may-may" (little sister). At school, her classmates called her "May" too. Jun Ying is a kind-hearted girl who always share her joys anf happiness wherever she goes. She dislikes vegetables, but like chicken feet (no kidding). She is crazy about cartoon and loves computer games very much, we hope one day she could pursue her own interests.

This is my lovely little nephew, Wu Jun Way, isn't him chicky? He has just enrolled into kindergarten, and he loves others calling him "Maxus". He has my brother's forehead and my mum's chin. Unlike most kids, Jun Way likes to eat vegetables, that's really surprise us. For one thing, he can speak multiple languages... English with us and the Philippino maids, Mandarin with his teachers and classmates, Cantonese with his grandma, and even Malayu to the Indonesian maids. Of course, he also "invented" his own little vocabularies which we have to learn from him in order to understand what he wants, for examples, "ka-ku" means shopping, "tak tak" means sweets, etc.

Despite the children are not staying with us, I always look forward to see them drop-by during weekends. My life has been much fulfilled whenever the 3 kids are around.
